No. Each diffuser is designed for a specific oil size. Nomad uses 15 mL, Atrium uses 50 mL, Orbit uses 100 mL, Muse uses 120 mL, and Console uses 500 mL.

Yes. All systems are sold as complete sets (diffuser + first oil). This ensures compatibility and proper performance.

Nomad has manual controls (no app). All other systems (Console, Muse, Orbit, Atrium) are app-controlled. Atrium and Muse also have touch panel or button controls.

Oil longevity depends on your intensity settings and usage patterns. The app shows estimated oil remaining based on your consumption.

No. Each oil should be used individually. Switching oils requires cleaning the diffuser chamber first.

Our oils are formulated for ambient diffusion in well-ventilated spaces. We recommend consulting your vet for pets with respiratory sensitivities. Keep oils out of reach of children.

 No. Our oils are pure fragrance formulations designed for cold-air nebulization.

 Yes. Our oils are not tested on animals.

Orders ship within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes 2–5 business days depending on your location.

Unopened diffusers and oils can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Opened products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. See our Returns & Exchange Policy for full details.

Yes, but we recommend setting a schedule to preserve oil longevity and prevent scent fatigue.

 Wipe the exterior with a soft, dry cloth. To clean the diffusion chamber, remove the oil bottle and wipe gently with a microfiber cloth. Do not use water or cleaning agents.

Check that the oil bottle is properly installed, the system is powered on, and the intensity is set above zero in the app. If the issue persists, contact support.
